Policy & Terms
In the course of serving its customers,
Redbrooke acquires, stores and transmits customer communications
and information that customers may regard as private or
sensitive. Some of this information - such as the
customer's name, address, telephone number, and credit
card data - is provided to Redbrooke by its customers in
order to establish service. Other information - such as
the customer's account status, choice of services, and
customer logs - is created and maintained by Redbrooke in
the normal course of providing service. Redbrooke DOES NOT use cookies, which are small pieces
of information that a web site can store in a designated
file on a user's computer for various reasons (e.g. sold
to third party business for soliciting product etc).
This Privacy Policy applies only to
Redbrooke
treatment of data collected online, and does not apply
to any offline data collection practices or to the data
collection practices of Redbrooke
customers, or any entities affiliated with Redbrooke Also,
please note that use of Redbrooke website constitutes
acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
Redbrooke policies and procedures for handling customer
information have been created with the understanding
that Internet technologies are still evolving and that
Internet business methods are continuing to evolve to
meet the needs and opportunities of the changing
technologies. As a result, Redbrooke policies and
procedures are subject to change.
Changes will be posted
to the website and users agree to be bound by those
changes.
Redbrooke will not otherwise disclose its
customers' personal and account information unless
Redbrooke has
reason to believe that disclosing such information is
necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal
action against someone
who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights
or property of Redbrooke, Redbrooke customers, or others, or where
Redbrooke has a good faith belief that the law requires
such disclosure.
Redbrooke also will not,
except for reasons stated below, disclose to third
parties the contents of any electronic mail or
other electronic communications that Redbrooke
stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances
under which Redbrooke will disclose such
electronic customer communications are when:
1. it is necessary to protect the legitimate
interests of Redbrooke and its customers;
2. it is required to cooperate with interception
orders, warrants, or other legal process that Redbrooke determines
in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable;
and
3. it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement
agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained
by Redbrooke and appear to pertain to the commission of
a crime.
Redbrooke disclaims any intention to
censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance
of communications stored
on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or
others.
Terms and Conditions
Charter Policy
1. The rate presented to you prior to your trip is an
initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved. Rates and
availability are subject to change without notice. Wait time or
additional services may change your rate. ADDITIONAL CHARGES Tolls,
parking and other surcharges that cannot be calculated prior to service
are not included in the estimate. Hourly charters are based on the time
from which the vehicle leaves the garage and returns to the garage.
Waiting time at pickup locations and stops en route in excess of fifteen
(15) minutes will result in hourly billing. There is a 30 minute wait
time for airport pickups. The customer has 30 minutes from the time the
plane lands to call and let us know that they have landed and will be
out shortly. After 45 minutes, if we have not been contacted by the
client, the client will be charged as a no-show and the driver can leave
at his or her discretion. **If you experience difficulty locating
your chauffeur, please call the telephone number listed on your
confirmation message next to your reservation number. Leaving your
pick-up location without notifying Redbrooke may result in a "no-show"
charge. ***Company is not liable in the event of mechanical
breakdown while in route and will only be responsible for making up lost
time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial
liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of
the rental by them or any members of their party. ***Not responsible for
delays caused by unsafe road conditions, traffic due to car accident's
special events etc***. Not responsible for articles left in the
vehicles. Balances to be paid on the run date. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
To change or cancel a reservation, please call 800-648-1497 for calls outside of the U.S. and Canada. Cancellations
must be received at least 2 hours in advance of the service pick-up time
for most U.S. and Canadian locations and up to 48 hours in advance for
international reservations.
Airport Transfers
٠
Waiting time at pickup locations and at stops en route
in excess of fifteen (15) minutes will result in a wait
charge.
٠ There is an additional $10 charge for stops off
route within 15 minutes. Stops off route in excess of fifteen (15)
minutes revert to hourly billing.
Cancellation Policy
Redbrooke reservation dispatch is available 24 hours a
day and 7 days a week including all holidays.
In order
to provide the best availability for all of our guests,
our cancellation policy is as follows:
٠ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
٠
Cancellations
made within 24 hours of the pickup time must be done by
phone only.
٠
Cancellations made on the day of service (within
2 hours) must be done by phone only and will incur a charge
of the full rate. |
